A seasoned professional in the real estate industry, Jim Brittain has been associated with Cale Realty Company since 1984. Although experienced in all aspects of real estate sales and purchases, his career has been focused on new home sales and land development.
Originally from Southern California, Jim pulled up roots and now resides in Williamsburg where he has been a resident for more than 25 years. He attended Christopher Newport University and concentrated in marketing, a field that has direct bearing on his talents as a real estate professional. For his dedication to his clients and his commitment to the real estate industry, Brittain has been a consistent award winner throughout his career. In fact, he is the youngest elected officer on the Williamsburg Board of Realtors ever elected, and over the years has served that organization as vice president, director and secretary.
In the field, Brittain specializes in home sales and land development in Williamsburg/ James City County, one of the fastest growing areas in Virginia. He knows how to match customers to their ideal homes, and for investors he can spot a good land investment instinctively. His professionalism and expertise in these transactions are unparalleled.
